The Game Room Frequently Asked Questions

  • No alcohol may be brought into the venue without prior authorisation by Management.
  • Alcohol will be allowed only if the entire venue is hired.

  • No food or drinks are permitted near any playing equipment or in the playing arena.
  • Please do not place drinks on the tables.
  • Food is allowed only in the cafe area - not near the tables.

  • Mon-Fri: 8h00 - 22h00
  • Sat: 8h00 - 13h00
  • Other times: Only by appointment via the QClub whatsapp, email or online booking system.

  • QMasters retains the right to reserve some or all of the space for an event. These will be announced in advance of bookings.
  • With at least 72 hours’ notice, we are happy to reschedule your booking to a future date within the calendar year.
  • Guest policy
    • To prevent crowding, a maximum of 1 guest per table will be allowed. This rule will be enforced, as the room reaches capacity.
    • Recognized professional coaches are admitted with members for the sole purpose of conducting lessons within the club.
    • No fee for the coach. We welcome professional coaches.

  • Disclaimer: QMasters, its Employees, and any of their Dependents shall be indemnified against any actions, claims, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, taxes, losses and liabilities whatsoever, and in any way arising out of, or in connection with the use of QMasters premises.

We have no dress code. We only ask patrons to be comfortable and considerate. You will be playing in a family-friendly space.

  • Dirty hands may not make contact with any playing equipment.
  • The person/s who made the booking for respective table/s accept to be personally liable for any and all costs related to damages, incurred during their booking, to any equipment.
  • Report any and all misconduct or damage to equipment, to management immediately.
*NB: Equipment refers to any, and all assets at the venue, belonging to QMasters or their guests, including, but not limited to, equipment, tables, playing surfaces, cloth, streaming systems, all across entire premises.

  • Act in good faith and intent. Maintain all equipment in the same condition and quality as you found it.
  • Any player, club member or staff may switch off any ringing phone, if it is not answered in time
  • A player or club member, may request a staff member to reduce the noise levels in the club.

  • All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child while at the venue. Bookings for a child must be made by the adult accepting liability on behalf of the child.

  • You grant QClub consent to record you at the venue, and publish such recordings (including, but not limited to pictures, videos and live stream), at their descretion, on platforms including, but not limited to, social media and official publications. You acknowledge and accept that such recordings may take place, and that you may appear in live streams, recordings, and published material authorised by QClub.
  • Security cameras, mobile recordings, and related device footage may be used at any time as supporting evidence for incidents involving damage or liability.
  • Some tables and events will be livestreamed and/or footage shared on social media. It is every individuals responsibility to protect their POPIA rights, by choosing to enter the venue when and where you will not be captured by recordings, if you prefer not to be captured by any such recordings.
  • Please inform the administrators at the venue, if you do not want your match to be livestreamed. We will gladly allocate you to another table.
  • We will do our utmost to accommodate your rights and requests, so please let us know your preferences.

Online Return Policy

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned e.g. Perishable and customised goods. The cooling-off right does not apply to, and therefore, you may not return, goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, are clearly personalized, or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • You will be responsible for paying for all delivery costs associated with returning your item.
